About Kathryn Lewis:

“Kathryn Lewis is a songwriter, musician, and audio engineer. Kat’s songs are influenced by Country, Folk, Bluegrass, Pop, and Reggae. She draws inspiration from moments of clarity as well as moments (entire eras?) of confusion. She has composed and performed music for theater, and collaborated with many bands, both in the studio and on stage. She currently plays with: Country City, Sheriff and The Deputy, Billygoat, and Batala New York. Kat is the co-creator and producer of two free concert series: Live Muzic Mondayz (2018-2023) and the Thompson Street Medicine Show (2017-present), and a curator for Porch Stomp, an annual Folk Fest on Governors Island. In 2023, her re-write of the “Ice Cream Song” won WNYC/NPR’s Public Song Contest! You can hear it, and other songs, at KathrynLewis.Bandcamp.com! She is delighted to debut some scripted scenes and new(ish) songs at City Lore with actor and musician Jo Brook!”

About John S. Hall:

“John S. Hall is a poet/spoken word artist, author, and singer-songwriter, best known for his work with King Missile. He has performed in three continents, 45 states, and four boroughs, and has been seen on HBO, PBS, and MTV. He performed a major retrospective of his work in 2021 at the Satanic Temple in Salem, MA and in 2022 performed as part of the Whitney Biennial in New York.  He has written at least a poem a day since October 2020, and in January 0f 2022 he embarked on an attempt to write 10,000 poems in five years. He is more than 4/5ths through.”

About Victor V. Gurbo & Mark Caserta:

“Victor and Mark first connected in 2017 through Craigslist, initially to trade guitars.  Their musical collaboration began in earnest when they reconnected virtually during the COVID-19 lockdown in March 2020.  With their respective projects on hold, they started exchanging iPhone recordings: Victor would record a track, Mark would add to it, and they would continue this back-and-forth until a finished song emerged.  These remote collaborations culminated in the release of Outrun The Invisible Man (Home Recordings Volume I) in February 2025, issued as a limited-run vinyl and streaming, and celebrated with a release show at City Lore.”
