Annie and Simba share stories and poems on what it means to be Ndugu, the Covid-19
pandemic, racial justice, and the intense moment we are living in. Annie and Simba have
been in each other’s lives and performance work for twenty-two years. They first met in
1998 when Annie visited a performance at Newcomers High School for immigrants, and
Simba was a young refugee from Zaire.

Doors open 7:45 pm EST for the virtual waiting room with music.
Please come ten minutes early.
