More About Purvi:
Purvi Shah was the co-director of Together We Are New York: Asian Americans Remember and Re-Vision 9/11, a community based poetry project that worked to highlight the voices and experiences of Asian-Americans in the wake of September 11th, 2001. Additionally, Purvi has published two books of poetry titled, Terrain Tracks and Dark Lip of the Beloved: Sound Your Fiery God-Praise and expects to publish Miracle Marks, a poem on women and the sacred, in the Fall of 2019.
